Sprint Fit training group

Sprint fit is a customised training program using the training methodologies used to condition world class track athletes but modified to make it appropriate to the goals of  the average working age adult male or female. 

The program is created and customized by coach DuWayne Campbell (world athletics certified level 5 sprints hurdles and relays coach) 

We strive to make the workouts challenging but fun and infused with variety. Therefore be prepared for an occasional  change of pace and environment. Some evenings we may even be in the pool, on the beach or on the hill. 

Our classes will start on Wednesday June 4th at 5pm. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5pm at the UWI Mona Bowl

The monthly investment is J$16,000.

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. (transfer details furnished on request)
